About Sparrow Lifestyle

Sick of seeing fitness be made all about visual aesthetics and "get-slim-quick" plans, in 2019, after a hiatus from the fitness industry, Nick Ehrlich founded Sparrow Lifestyle, a true fitness and wellness community.

Sparrow Lifestyle works with people who are looking to not only get in better shape, but also for those who are either already in love with fitness and wellness, of those who are looking to connect more effectively to their own health and fitness goals.

We offer group workouts M-F, private sessions, and even in-home personal training for those who are looking to get better.  Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or for more information!

(our first group is a rolling start from 6-6:30 am to accommodate work schedules)

I’ve always loved working out, but Nick has made my strength & conditioning sessions so much more enjoyable. He always has a positive attitude and is highly motivated (which is a huge help when I’m not 😂). He is able to adjust or modify his workouts to meet your needs no matter what level you’re at!
